SpecterAI has announced the successful completion of its Train-the-Trainer program, which has certified three strategic partners to independently conduct quantum security training in Vietnam and Singapore. The newly certified entities include HPT and QNet, both based in Vietnam, and corporate trainer Edmond Tung from Singapore. These partners are now equipped to deliver SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a diverse range of sectors, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications firms, and public-sector bodies. This move comes in response to recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), urging businesses to brace for the post-quantum era due to the potential vulnerabilities of existing public key cryptography.
By the end of June 2026, Vietnam had issued nearly 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the magnitude of the cryptographic migration challenge ahead. The training program developed by SpecterAI includes essential guidance on evaluating quantum-related cybersecurity risks. It utilizes Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z) framework, which helps organizations determine the duration for which sensitive data must remain secure and the time required to transition to quantum-resistant encryption methods.
Through this program, SpecterAI intends to build regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity by empowering certified partners to deliver training autonomously.
