During his stay, President To Lam is set to engage in high-level meetings with Singaporean officials, including President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Prime Minister Lawrence Wong. A notable event during President Lam’s visit is his keynote address at the Shangri-La Dialogue, marking his inaugural major international speech on Vietnam’s foreign policy since assuming the presidency in April 2026.
